Het gebied rond het Westeinde werd rond 1900 bebouwd. De rest van de wijk is in de jaren dertig gebouwd. Het ziekenhuis Diaconessenhuis midden in de wijk stamt uit de jaren zestig. Het appartement is gelegen in de directe nabijheid van een tennispark en golfbanen. Het historische centrum van Voorburg is goed bereikbaar, hier vindt u alle nodige voorzieningen evenals gezellige restaurants en speciaalzaken. Ook Scheveningen en de Wassenaarseslag zijn uitstekend (per fiets) te bereiken.

De bushalte is op een aantal minuten loopafstand. Ook station Voorburg is goed bereikbaar. In de nabijheid zijn uitvalswegen naar onder andere Den Haag, Rotterdam, Amsterdam en Utrecht gelegen.

The area around Westeinde was built up around 1900. The rest of the neighbourhood was constructed in the 1930s. The Diaconessenhuis hospital in the centre of the neighbourhood is from the 1960s. The apartment is located very close to a tennis park and golf courses. The historical town centre of Voorburg can be easily reached. It offers any amenities you need, such as fun restaurant and specialty shops. Scheveningen and the Wassenaarseslag are also just a short trip (by bike) away.

The bus stop is within a few minutes' walk. Station Voorburg is easy to get to as well. Nearby you will find main roads to cities such as The Hague, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and Utrecht.
