In een rustige wijk gelegen, maar toch op een heel centrale plek in hartje Randstad. Door de ligging en nabijgelegen uitvalswegen bent u binnen een kwartier in het centrum van Den Haag, Voorschoten, Wassenaar en badplaats Scheveningen.

Op loopafstand ligt het Leidschendamse centrum dat volledig wordt gerevitaliseerd. Een stukje historie vindt u rond de altijd bedrijvige oude sluis.

Het op korte afstand gelegen winkelcentrum Leidsenhage biedt u keus uit tal van winkels, banken, horecagelegenheden en warenhuizen.

Openbaar vervoer brengt u in korte tijd naar de Haagse binnenstad (de bushalte is vlakbij).

Ook Schiphol is zowel met het openbaar vervoer als via de goede aansluiting met de A4 uitstekend te bereiken.

Recreatiegebied Vlietlanden ligt vlakbij: Het hart van Vlietland wordt gevormd door meren van in totaal circa 130 hectare. Dit watergebied is uitermate geschikt voor allerlei vormen van watersport. U kunt er onder meer surfen, zeilen, roeien, kanovaren, zwemmen en vissen. Ook zijn er horecapaviljoens en er zijn volop mogelijkheden voor zowel wandelaars en fietsers.

Location

It is a peaceful but still very central spot in the heart of the Randstad. Because of the positioning and the nearby access roads you can be in the centre of The Hague, Voorschoten, Wassenaar, and Scheveningen beach within 15 minutes.

The town centre of Leidschendam, currently being regenerated, is within walking distance. The constantly working old sluice is a piece of history.

Leidsenhage shopping centre is a short distance away and offers a large choice of shops, banks, restaurants and department stores.

It is a brief journey into The Hague on public transport (the bus stop is close by)

Schiphol is very easy to get to both with public transport and through the good connection the A4 motorway.

The Vlietland recreational area is nearby: the heart of the Vlietland consists of lakes of a total area of about 130 hectares. It is suitable for all types of water sports. You can surf, sail, row, canoe, swim and fish. You also find eating places, and there is much for walkers and cyclists to enjoy.
