Garden
The garden around the villa is beautifully landscaped. It has various (heated) terraces where privacy is guaranteed thanks to beautiful beech hedges, grasses and richly blooming hydrangeas. In addition, you have a magnificent view over the Vliet and the beautiful polder area on the other side. The parasol trees give a sense of shelter and are real eye-catchers.
A serious boat, or even several boats, can be safely moored by your own jetty on the side arm of the Vliet: this water is more than 2 metres deep and belongs entirely to the plot. The steel sheet pile was recently renewed. The length of the jetty (with support structure) on 2 sides of the garden amounts to 69 metres. There is also a hoist for your boat.
As well as a sunken Jacuzzi and a wooden bicycle shed. The garden is equipped with an outdoor alarm and the house is stylishly lit in the evening.
