You enter the building in the representative reception lobby. A service manager is present on working days from 8 A.M. to 9 P.M.. An elevator takes you to the 30^th floor. 

You enter the penthouse and find yourself in the stylish reception hall. Behind beautiful, high doors are the cloakroom, the storage area, and the laundry room.
