The L-shaped living room has a wonderful atmosphere and is generously proportioned (approx. 50m²).

The large windows make it wonderfully light and give you a fantastic wide view of the polder landscape and waterway, of your own boats, and of the beautiful reflecting pond in the garden.

The floor of the villa is tiled with light grey ceramic tiles. The same tiling flows through to the terrace outside. This strengthens the feeling of the unity between the indoors and outdoors.    

The 2.3 meter high windows around the villa are equipped with electrically controlled outer jalousies that can be used to black out the rooms, to provide sunshade, or for optimum privacy. Underfloor heating ensures comfortable warmth.

Thanks to the large glass walls and the tiling that continues onto the terraces, the indoors flow seamlessly into the outdoors. Sliding doors lead on to the large waterside terrace.

A built-in SONOS audio system runs through the entire house.

The living room has an open connection to the family kitchen.
